are big dockets. Plus they are lumped in with consumer collection dockets. You can have 150-200 rent and possession and collection cases on a docket any given morning in the Circuit Courts of St. Louis City, County and St. Charles County.

Problem is landlords are really screwed if they have to carry non-payers living in their units rent-free. But from an infectious disease standpoint, these court dockets must be a nightmare.
