other pandemic in recent history. Not just human pandemics, but livestock ones as well. In case you're not aware, more than half of China's hog herd was wiped out over the past year or so by African swine fever. The Chinese have been forced to replace pork, a staple in their diet, with chicken and other meats. Wouldn't want to be a stray dog roaming the streets in China these days.
