Good analysis. Biden's major problem is that additional public exposure betrays his mental deterioration. His misstatements, the stammering and his overall physical appearance are alarming. Biden's mental state does not inspire voter confidence and equate to increased support. They should decrease his public appearances and allow him to get his rest.
