still do in theory. But even though some/many deserve it I'm neither for or against it now, for one simple reason. Its not just that many - we'll never know the number - of innocent people have spent years and decades in jail but statistics tells us with NO doubt that innocent people have been executed.

And the more I observe our judicial system, at all levels, in recent years, the less I trust a proper decision...at all levels including jury.
