Trump has sought a budget cut, but it wasn't/hasn't been approved by Congress:
"In its latest budget proposal, the Trump administration sought to cut CDC funding by 16%..."
As discussed in another thread below, there was a five year emergency package that was passed in 2014 for ebola which lapsed last year.
No cuts have occurred to the CDC budget. They are still very, very well funded.
Also, NASA?
