wants to get completely out of healthcare, I'll vote for it.

However, if the choice is between the gov't partially regulating it, or single-payer, then single payer is demonstrably (in numerous countries) much more cost efficient and effective than the US current partial regulated system.

Until you give me the "completely out" option, the only fiscally conservative solution is Canadian style single payer
