It’s not just because of the NBA.

2 of the top would be freshmen are playing in Australia
LSU, Auburn and Tennessee were hit by the loss of fringe NBA players. Those teams would be really good if those guys were still around.

There are a lot of other teams that had guys leave early for pro leagues that aren’t the NBA.

I think the image and likeness proposals could help keep a lot of those type in college.
