As the question was intended for pickle, the definition of crime could be a little ambiguous. I believe he often uses it in the sense of whether or not it is a crime under his interpretation of natural law rather than some governmental law.
If you want to give your views on the topic I would rephrase it to something along the lines of, do you think it should be a crime for an adult to engage in sex acts with a consenting 12 year old? Would it matter if the 12 year old solicited such a sexual encounter?
The 2nd hypothetical would be for an adult to give drugs that most governments would classify as illegal to a consenting, self-aware 12 year old?
