are the drugs that the 12 year old is giving to a different 12 year old illegal? If so, it's a crime. But if a 12 year old gave legal drugs to the other one (say, aspirin) then no, it's not illegal. That's the case with sex in your earlier example. Sex is not an inherently illegal act, so no crime in 12 on 12 (or 12 in 12).
Pickle views it from a different lens. It also doesn't mean he's approving of it personally, just trying to make a point to us lesser souls that don't have his enlightenment on natural rights.
