Everyone agrees with that, of course, but it is very misleading. That is not what she was arrested for.
If pickle wanted to assert that possession of drugs isn't a crime, or that it shouldn't be a crime, then he should have posted that. No rational person reading his post would get some two part hidden meaning out of it.
