CM LOVES him and what he represents which is essentially himself. I like Pickett too and said so before he got here and everyone was saying he'd transfer before he'd ever step on the floor. However his minutes have always been disproportionate to what they should've been. I'm not so sure even if they got an upgrade as you suggest, it would affect Pickett's time on the floor at all.
