Sentencing Memorandum days ago. They just released the details on the revised memorandum and It contained no recommendations- just pointed out that Stones age, health and financial needs should be considered. As I said much to do about something that remains up to the judge. You are correct that the DOJ making public what would normally be handled internally is not protocol
