No surprise.
Question...how long to the welfare recipients actually keep their welfare money.
Where is most of that money spent...food and housing.
When you give someone food stamps...who benefits? They go out and buy food at full margin. If we just switched "free food" from food stamps to food pantries, it would probably save us 50% right off..since most of that food is donated or bought at even below wholesale prices
