Despite what meatiger thinks, the average landlord is NOT rolling in dough from the feds.
Instead, they end up paying thru the nose, to feds.
Is that the same for section 8 housing, slumlords?
I find it doubtful. The real money is getting the corrupt contract to build affordable housing complexes, plenty of graft on those.
