What's the chance of that working? The NCAA had to make an example of someone after the UNC debacle.
It then gets out that counsel advised Mizzou to be transparent at the onset. Which it would as Glazer has a reputation to protect.
Sterk would be crucified and rightfully so. This was the same counsel that guided UNC through their NCAA issues with no repercussions.
Given what Mizzou was paying for legal fees (over $500k) to go against counsel's advice would be grounds for termination.
