question, yeah maybe. In life and death emergencies not due to victims’ personal circumstances, the government should require certain businesses to help save people’s lives.
Ideally imo, the government should reimburse the business after the crisis has passed.
Small minded idiots demand total purity. No exceptions to their ideology, ever.
I believe government is necessary but in limited ways with limited intrusion into my life. But I don’t want to live on The Idiot’s or the idiots’, Serengeti plain, either.
And there are exceptions as i have noted.
According to non thinking purists and absolutists, that makes me a socialist. No, it makes them idiots.
