B/C it is an impeachment the founders kept the admin out.

The presiding officer CAN defer and not cast the vote - in which case if it were tied, it fails.

How telling that the GOP goes to these lengths to protect Trump from evidence.

And more telling still is how you folks cheer a cover-up. Nixon was denounced for a cover-up and you guys cheer one. Again, very telling.
