If you recall, in order to remain postseason eligible a program must maintain a 4 year rolling avg team score of at least 930. MU's APR became in jeopardy when we submitted a single year score of 851 for the 2013-14 season. That is because after Kim Anderson was hired Cameron Beidshied, Shane Rector and Torren Jones transferred away from MU and all ended up at a JUCO making them ineligible for any waivers and MU suffered the full point deduction.
MU currently possesses a 4 year APR score of 953 based on data submitted to the NCAA through the 2017-18 academic year.
Since the hiring of Cuonzo Martin all of the following have occurred:
- CJ Roberts transferred away from MU to a JUCO
- Jakoby Kemp transferred away from MU to a JUCO
- Terrence Phillips transferred away from MU and stopped playing basketball entirely
- Christian Guess transferred away from MU and briefly enrolled in a JUCO and is no longer playing
- KJ Santos transferred way from MU and appears to no longer be playing basketball
- Mario Mckinney transferred away from MU to a JUCO
I wouldn't want to be involved in compiling APR information to submit to the NCAA for MU.
