Senate Resolution 372, otherwise known as the "30 by 30" resolution, urges the federal government to "establish a national goal of conserving at least 30 percent of the land and ocean of the United States by 2030."

You obviously agree with that. Clearly they don't mean they want to set a goal and then just cross their fingers hoping the population will naturally decrease. You obviously think that wouldn't do any good.
You must think that there is *something* the government could do to drastically curtail the population. What are some of the things they should do to make their extremely important goals (in your eyes) a reality?
