Or just on the player. It’s a combination of of coaches doing film study with players to identify strengths and weaknesses of those players and putting together an offseason plan for the players. Then the players putting in work.

Barnett shot way better as a senior. Cuonzo and his staff simplified what they asked Barnett to do. A lot of that is adding Barnett, Tilmon and Jontay to take playmaking responsibilities off of him.

Barnett also turned into one of the best defenders in the SEC over the last 6 weeks of his senior season.
