amount of development from him, this roster isn't currently composed of enough talent to compete for the top end of the SEC. Guys like Okongo, Mitchell Smith, and Watson would barely play if at all for a high caliber SEC team.

We need Tilmon to both return and take a massive step forward, and for Pinson to assume pg duties at a high level and move Dru Smith to off guard for next year to have potential for success.
