From an X&O standpoint the offense creates the looks, the mismatches and the shots that you want.

Tray Jackson needs to get into the lineup over some of the older guys.
Watson needs to develop his handles so that he can take guys off the dribble.
Nikko needs to not be the screener in the pnr. Teams are blitzing Dru and X because he’s not an offensive threat.
Brown’s number of 3’s is trending down.

Most of those are hard changes to make in season and not really X&O related.
