top teams in the SEC (and therefore the country) the last couple of years has not so much been in the lines, but in skill positions, in particular WR and DB.
The plays I see WR's make and the catches they make on top teams stand in stark contrast to what we've had.
And while we've had a couple of playmakers in Emmanual Hall and Ja'mon Moore, they aren't routinely making the catches the real top guys are making AND the lack of depth when they go down or get shut down is glaring.
We can't scheme our way to a better team. We need players.
Ultimately that is what doomed Odom.
