Dershowitz seems to think there's a criminal law standard in the Constitution. There's not and what Trump did is actually what the framers premeditated when they added impeachment to the Constitution. High crimes and misdemeanors was purposely vague to cover any number of situations that might arise, and a most obvious one is where a ****bag like Trump uses his authority to personally benefit himself.
