defense, i.e. abuse of power is not impeachable?

Here's how bad of a defense it is...we're just hearing this after months of talk about a "perfect call" by Trump. Just a legal tip: If you ever find yourself in trouble, don't switch from I didn't do it to I did do it but it's not a crime.
