Getting open looks and the ball to the basket is the most coaching can do. After that, it's on the players to execute/finish. Coaching cannot put the ball through the hoop for players. Players must have the skill, finesse, toughness, physicality, touch, IQ, etc. etc. etc., to finish plays.
