then it would have been better served by leaving out the Supreme Court in your comparison, since they also render OPINIONS. The truth is neither you, nor your interpreter 4Tigs knows exactly what legal impact the GAO report will have on this case.

You, and the other partisans on here, like to twist information to suit your needs. That's why the truth is so hard to find, both in government and on this board, even though some of you guys like to think you've got a solid handle on it.
