If Norm was coaching today, he would have been fired after his 12th season. Norm was a good Big 8 Conference Coach, but could never get traction in the Big 12 or NCAA Tourney.

In 32 years of coaching Mizzou:
0 Final Fours
2 Elite Eights
4 Sweet 16's
15 NCAA Tournament Appearances

Today's fan base would never settle for this kind of mediocracy for 32 seasons.
