Geez, you hire a young coach who has had some impressive results....because that’s the way it works. If you are 55 and coaching at Drake your ship has likely sailed.
If they leave they leave.
I could hardly make sense of your post. Is is related to an ageism issue.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
