I don’t disagree with your rankings or analysis. The question, though is what the U is willing or able to do about it. As has been said here recently, her job is probably about as secure as any coach at Mizzou right now. The bottom would have to fall out, and stay out, for quite a while before the AD would think about making a change. It’s virtually certain that they’ll be substantially better next year, and that easily buys her at least another 2-3 years of grace.

Recruiting has certainly been disappointing since Sophie signed. Especially in her inability to sign and develop hidden talent like Michaelis and Frericks.
