do all the tricks and games used to sell these socialist plans ever play out the way they say they will?

For example, the spending bill included the repeal of 3 parts of Obamacare, which added 372 Billion to the deficit. That was revenue counted in the CBO's "revenue neutral" stamp of approval. Politics change and all of the "plans to pay for it" they roll out there are useless bullsh*t.
