If the Federal government had an unconstitutional law that said that murder was illegal, yes, the individual could ignore that and wouldn't be subject to being punished under that law. Why? It's unconstitutional and therefore has no enforceability.
However, that doesn't mean that everyone would go around murdering people. The States would still have the ability to punish those persons committing such crimes under STATE law.
Now, if you're asking whether individuals should be allowed to decide what is/is not unconstitutional under State law or all such laws, maybe you're back to your morality discussion.
