did you really say that each resident “...of the US get to decided what laws or acts are constitutional and which one they choose to obey”?

I’ll give you a chance to walk it back, or clarify it, or explain or edit it. You can’t possibly suggest that each citizen and resident can decide which if any of the laws of the land he chooses to obey.
