Not sure I follow.


I drive a company car. It requires I have a license. Their insurer checks to make sure I am insurable.

Worked for a county agency where a park worker had a minor fender bender. Insurance got involved. Discovered prior to his employment at the park the employee had quite a lead foot and a lengthy traffic record. County was told they had to terminate him or the insurer would cancel the county's insurance coverage as he was uninsurable on their policy.
