Of course There Is No Such Creature as The People. That is a nonsense concept, like a square circle.

The People is a group of human beings, creatureS, that are "The People" in a collective sense, and it is made up of the citizens of this country; commonly referred to as, "the People" of United States of America.

And you needed to have that tltr article to understand this simple concept.
