No. The lie is that the Democrats approved of the spending to the farmers...it was solely in Trump. Since the Republicans are really the only ones that are controlling spending now, it is pretty much on them right now...also the Democrats are consistent in that they want to spend more, while the Republicans claim they don’t, yet they do....the last budget flew through without any fights from anyone....
