do not pay Federal income taxes should be cut off from receiving benefits from the government. I am in favor of eliminating all Federal spending on all domestic programs. Let's eliminate welfare of every type, including direct payments to individuals, community block grants, grants to State, municipal and local governments, grants to NGOs, expenditures on education, transportation, housing, etc. Eliminate all of it. I bet the farmers will do just fine. But many of the rest of you, not so much.
