once was - seems much a churn machine that employs talking heads commenting on BREAKING NEWS all the time. Serious coverage is the Newshour and the BBC. Long coverage of pressing trends, count on the Atlantic. CNN is good enough folly just to see if there is anything of major note. I understand journalism friend and know there is less and less of it today - And THAT is to our considerable peril as is media and press owned by hedgefunds rather than citizens. it was Jefferson wasn't it who said he would rather live in a country with no Democracy but an active free press than the other way around. And that is a loose paraphrase.
