We know from the Strzok/Page texts that McCabe told them Obama was receiving daily briefings on the CH investigation. Also, both Obama and Biden were in attendance at a CH briefing in January, 2017 that included Comey, McCabe, Clapper, Rice, Yates and Lynch. Obama cautioned them regarding how much "Russia" information to share with the Trump transition people. Obama is involved up to his eyeballs.
