Police use weapons against its own people on its own soil all of the time...true of false? one could argue what all of the time means...I would say a cop somewhere in US discharges weapons at least once a day

They have upped the game by bringing forth a much more militaristic look,..as a result of 9-11, a lot of military like equipment and command centers are everywhere...look at the tanks rolling down the street in boston after the bomber, in St Louis suburb during the riots after killing hand up don't shoot guy

now very well taught when they are allowed to kill citizens..you have referenced this many times, where shoot to kill is allowed legally
