on the process part I like how this actual Constitutional lawyer clarifies that Trump would get a chance to put on witnesses in his defense, including the Bidens, if his team chose to do so. Beyond that I'm sure the witness list would include Ukraine officials who've already been on the record not only vindicating Trump on the Zelensky call but also on the meddling and corruption of the Bidens, Kerrys, Pelosies, et al.
