Is the transcript wrong ? No and it is very clear Trump asked them to do "us" (the US) a favor and investigate corruption.
Did Trump not tell Ukraine to talk to his guy Rudy? Sure he did, someone outside of the inbred "Swamp" and there is nothing wrong with using outside channels.
Did he not order OMB to hold up the funding? Yes, as he did in other areas with other countries, and the OMB confirmed there is nothing unique about it.
Did he not make announcing Burisma investigation the fulcrum? Yes, because that is where the known corruption was.
