The question of whether or not it rises to the level of impeachment is a separate matter. I thought the Dems and Pelosi pussy-footed around too long. Bolton should have been subpoened - but if Trump stonewalls inquiry into Mulvaney and the issue of firing Mueller - what is a Congress to do?

For his entire career Trump has made a practice of dragging sht through the courts - usually against those who could not afford those legal fees and he would "win" through such manueverings. Pelosi and the Dems should have acted quickly to counter those actions. That was a fail. But to say that the tale I laid out is not impeachable, I stridently disagree.
