On the flip side, government is the strong (in our current reality) and it bullies the weak (private people) by its rules and its ever-increasing taking of money and property.
So, if you're government is set up to avoid the strong taking advantage of the weak, then you have an inherent failure.
If there is no government, and there are no laws and no rules, what holds evil minded people in check?
This is why anarchy doesn't make the assumption you alleged it does. In a state-less world, there are still rules and laws, but they are set privately. Evil-minded people are held in check by the good people in society.
