If the speech isn't what they want to hear. That much is plainly obvious from the attempts by both parties to shut down any deviation from the status quo. Ask Ron Paul how he's been treated in the way of free speech. Ask any third party candidates who are excluded from debates. Nothing outside of the R vs D false paradigm is allowed.
