many factors involved but clearly Odom had problems on top of problems
-DC year 1
-loss of Elarbee
-STs most years
-stupid penalties the could not stop
-hiring of DD, who IMO was the biggest disaster
-hiring of Davis
-failure to get a QB (misses over multiple years)
-failure to get good WRs
-failure to get good DEs

Maybe he'll learn, but have to agree right now that he's better suited to being a DC than a HC
