Odom's time here as HC.

He seemed in over his head to me. (what do I know though)

I thought he struggled in managing people and I think he's better suited not being the captain of the ship calling all the shots and taking on the full responsibility, but in assisting that captain and worrying about only one piece of the pie.

I think it's a good time for a breath of fresh air and a new direction. I hope we found that with Drinkwitz and he'll turn out to be successful at rebuilding the program in his image and vision.
