under any interpretation of the Constitution is this accurate. The elements of obstruction cited by the House are nothing more than the Trump Admin adherence to separation of powers by declining to participate in this impeachment fiasco. The abuse of power allegation is tied to the phone call with the Ukraine President and whether aid was held up. That didn't happen either.
