You seem comfortable with a vague definition that would err on the side of murder hoping to avoid it I am sure.

I prefer to err on the side of life and make the very clear burden of proof to be on those who would stop a beating heart. In fact, I believe it is the only moral way to look at this issue as we all agree we are stopping a beating heart.
