If a mother decides at the last minute she does not want a baby and so she has medical personnel turn the baby breach and deliver all but the head (it cannot nourish itself per your definition), and she has the medical team crush the chest, heart, lungs, etc., are you of the belief she is within her rights to do this?

Simple yes or no question 100% based on your earlier stated definition. So, yes or no?
